It supports bi-directional talk and clock setup of the video server. The network video server allows remote view of video through the Internet and supports two level domain names which enable it to easily recognize dynamic IP addresses. It is compatible with HALF-D1 and CIF formats. The video server utilizes VBR (variable bit rate) encoding resulting in a higher quality video with a smaller file size and has an adjustable frame rate which ranges from 1 to 30fps according to bandwidth.
