Tanzania Safari's Attractions

Tanzania is located on the eastern side of Africa and has its own islands. Although the climate and weather is pleasurable, there are other attributes known to Tanzania such as the beauty of the land, culture, and history. Not to mention all there is to do and see in Tanzania.

With all the safari parks, beaches, game reserves, historical sites, and Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa) finding a suitable Tanzania safari that is affordable for everyone is easier than ever. Tanzania safaris can be tailor made to suit anyone. Whether it's a luxurious lodge or resort, a camp site out in a remote area or even a guest house, will all depend on what the individual(s) want.

Spring is a good time of the year to go on a Tanzania safari, and if a little rain doesn't bother you then there is a short rainy season from October to November. While the longer rainy seasons fall between March and June. No matter which time of the year you go to Tanzania, Africa there will be plenty to see and do.

While on a Tanzania safari there will be a private vehicle and personal guide who knows the land and particular dangers if any. So whether you are traveling as a couple, family, or a group of friends you can be assured that you will be looked after very well.

There are several destinations in Tanzania that is a must see. A few Tanzania safari attractions include The Serengeti, Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Zanzibar, Tarangire National Park, Saadani National Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Ruaha National Park, and Kilimanjaro National Park. There are several more safari parks, game reserves, mountain parks, and beaches in Tanzania, but the ones named are the top hot spots for safaris and game drives.

The Serengeti National Park is the oldest and most popular park in Tanzania, because it has breathtaking views and it's the best game viewing area in Africa. Wildlife galore roams this park with the abundance of wildlife. While Lake Manyara National Park offers beautiful views and wildlife like the blue monkeys, tree climbing lions, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and over 400 types of birds.

Then, over on the coast of Tanzania in the Saadani National Park is where the woods meet the beach and offers a great destination for viewing game and beachfront scenic views of the Indian Ocean. These are just a few national parks that can make a great Tanzania Safari or vacation spot.
