Group OPDE Signs Agreement With the Government of Durango for the Construction of Solar Photovoltaic Farms Totalling 45 MW

The Spanish solar photovoltaic multinational has recently signed with the Governor of the Mexican state of Durango, the partnership agreement which includes the construction, during the period 2010-2013, of solar photovoltaic plants totalling an output of 45 MW. The first -1 MW power- solar power plant will be built at the Logistics and Industrial Park in Durango (CLIP) and will be fully operational in 2010. The agreement also envisages the establishment in the area within three years of new branches of the companies that make up the OPDE group: OPDE, MECASOLAR and PROINSO. (PRWeb Feb 18, 2010)
