Michael Linn, President and CEO, today announced that Stephen Hamstra, a highly recognized expert in energy efficiency and green building technology has joined Greensleeves LLC as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Mr. Hamstra will lead company research activities aimed at developing technologies to deliver much more cost effective, energy efficient buildings. “People resist constructing energy efficient buildings because of their high up-front costs,” said Mr. Hamstra. “Buildings consume 40% of the energy in today’s world.
