Senate Panel 80 Percent of Cyber Attacks Preventable
At least 80 percent of cyber attacks could be prevented if network administrators simply implemented best-practice configurations and network monitoring, a Senate committee heard on Tuesday. But the public is as much to blame as network operators for the state of cyber security.
