Geeks On Steroids announced today that the company has started working on a new site http://www.geekseo.org. The purpose of the site is to give information on how your website design affects your rankings in the major search engines. Geeks on Steroids themselves have made a name for themselves online and their website currently ranks for keywords like “website design and “website designers” some of the top keywords in the web design industry.
The site design is top notch and even uses flash in the navigation, which goes against what seems to be the common wisdom in the industry.
Janeth, the owner of the company, has long been a highly respected member of the website design and marketing community. Her company http://www.geeksonsteroids.com is considered to be on the cutting edge of custom website designs. Janeth told us she enjoys online marketing and while at the moment there are no plans to sell SEO as service she is not taking it off the table.
The company, located in Montenegro Colombia, has designed and marketed websites for companies around the world.
As Janeth stated, 'SEO and website design go hand in hand, and while at the moment we are not going to sell SEO as a service, things could change in the very near future. All our current designs are already designed with SEO in mind, so selling it as a service is something that we are already able to do.'
Geeks on Steroids started as a small cottage business and have grown to be a leader in the industry.
Only time will tell rather Geeks on Steroids will become as big of a player in the world of SEO as they have become in the world of web design. Janeth likes playing hard ball and it would be interesting to see what she can do if she decides to go into it wide open.
