Adagio Ballet Is Excited To Announce The Addition Of Dance Classes For Adults
Fairfax VA 11/1/09 - Adagio Ballet is very excited to announce that they have added dance classes for parents and adults. The two programs for Adults are the Stay In Shape Program as well as more structured classes in Jazz, Tap and Ballet.
'We feel that the parents of our students as well as adults in the area could really enjoy and benefit from some adult dance classes. They are great for those that love to dance and those who just want to learn something new while trying to stay in shape.'
The Stay In Shape Program targets adults who want to increase stamina, muscle tone and endurance levels.
The adult Jazz, Tap and Ballet classes are more structured. These are for those people who want to really learn how to dance at a higher level.
