New High Pressure Washers with Automatic Shutoff Technology®

'The Super Max™ 12200 machines are great for operators working far from the system with long hoses,' said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. 'AST® shuts down the pumps and motors when high pressure washers are idle to increase the lifespan of the systems.' AST® Defined When activated, AST® pressure washing technology shuts off the pump and motor after 30 seconds when the cleaning gun is not in use. When the power washer operator pulls the trigger, the pump and motor restart. These systems are designed for situations in which the operators are working far away from the equipment and it wastes time for them to turn it off for every break. The motors and pumps in many electric high pressure washers stay active even if water is flowing through the equipment, which can harm the components. New Super Max™ Power Washing Equipment Super Max™ 12200AST power washers offer pressure levels of up to 2000 psi, flow rates of up to 4 GPM and 5.0 HP electric motors. The multi-mode high pressure washers can clean with cold water, hot water of 180ºF to 220ºF or even wet steam of up to 330ºF. The equipment heats with propane and includes a 50 pound tank. The 12200AST uses a heavy duty schedule 80 heating coil. Chemical infusion is offered using high pressure injection. Features available at additional cost include multi-gun operation and wet sandblasting. The mobile pressure washing equipment includes: a high-pressure, 50-foot, hydraulic hose; a three-foot wand featuring rapid disconnect; various nozzles; and a chip and chemical resistant, steel case.
