Smartphones Place Options on the Table for Mobile Phone Users

San Francisco, CA, September 25, 2009 -- Smartphones, the new face of digital communication, provide immediate access to information and communication needs. Relatively new on the market are phones with GPS navigational technology. The Pharos Traveler, for example, has navigational software and maps already loaded on the device. The younger generation will be attracted to phones with gaming options and convenient texting features such as the QWERTY keyboard. Some affordable models are available for less than one hundred dollars and provide an excellent introduction to the smartphone world. Smartphones offer a plethora of capabilities and features for everyone. The wide range of options available on various models means that anyone can find a phone that caters to his situation. Prices range from around one hundred dollars for basic models to six hundred dollars or more for flashier options. Information and communication needs will dictate which model can best accommodate each individual user. New models appear on the market frequently and come equipped with better features and improved operation.
