X6381A, KTS6380K2/4G, 540-7347, 371-3068, 6881a, DRSX4450/4GB consists of 4GB (2x2GB DIMMs) PC2-5300 667 MHz ECC Fully Buffered DDR2 Memory, RoHS-5. It is compatible with Sun Fire X2250 (DDR2-667MHz), Fire X4150, Fire X4450, Enterprise T5440.
X6381A carries a lifetime exchange or repair warranty against manufacturing defects. It may also be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery for full credit minus shipping. We provide unlimited lifetime technical support for this module.
