I am planning to buy a flat in Era Divine Court, Faridabad. All decided, but ..at the last moment somebody said it is not approved by LIC. Enquired with LIC that how many projects of Era Residential group .., LIC said not a single project they approved... Don't knw what to do...!!! Please suggest...

do not book at Era divine,

there plans are yet not approved and the company is just inetrested in cashing on the funds from customers..... do keep away from this project.......
Not a sigle bank has approved this project.
Even IDBI has not approved there project due to non clerance of there plans

with the best of my knowledge some banks like, idbi, lic are currently financing the project.Iam interested to book a Ground floor flat measuring 180sq yards. pls. let me know if any of the available. pls. also let me know when the project is due to be completed.

Original SALE DEED can get frm office who already booked,new user bec of election the const.is stopped,&they have some other paper work formalities they have to do,only then bank can go fr loan & other.I think it will start at end of this year....but at last project is good,but you have to visit personnaly to site,let check accesibility frm main roads & other,let meet the era office as well.any help most welcome

Hi!All,iam planning to go to office as i rec.my 3rd demand letter...i think you must visit the office & meet them personnaly..iwill update you reg this...bec still no construction at site & bankapproval..theysaid that third instt. willbe paid whenapprovalwill be done& bankwill start loaning..lets check....we have to talk to manager directly..hope you all will visit to noida office...infact i depend on bank loan..

we all have to launch the ERA's complain in consumer court that they have already take Rs 4lac without having approval from HUDA.
