New York, NY, October 09, 2008 -- Marine Bank has extended its contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy to continue using Banker's Academy Unlimited and to include Reassuring Our Customers â€' along with Learning Link®, Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s own LMS, for hosting and maintenance.
A Banker’s Academy Unlimited package provides all the training needed for every employee at a Bank, Credit Union or Money Services Business (MSB) for one low price. Banker’s Academy Unlimited covers more than 800 topics, including compliance, platform skills, branch security, sales and service, teller training, fraud, information security, lending and more.
Reassuring Our Customers is an eLearning course designed to train frontline bank employees how to reassure customers of the safety and soundness of the Bank in the wake of the IndyMac collapse. The course describes the current industry situation and past crises, presents a complete overview of FDIC insurance, and advises how to respond to upset customers and calm their fears.
Testing, tracking, administration, reports and certification are easily accomplished through Learning Link®, Edcomm Banker’s Academy's full-featured Learning Management System (LMS), which has an open architecture that builds on industry-standard SCORM and AICC compliance, but adds features and capabilities far beyond any competing products. Learning Link® maintains a complete record of every learning and administrative activity and offers a wide variety of customizable, real-time reports available both onscreen and in CSV formats for download and integration into any HR system. Learning Link’s servers have been issued a SAS-70 attesting to the quality of their security, business continuity and performance.
