Car and body found submerged in Duncan Lake KSWO Lawton Wichita Falls
Investigators believe they have found the body of an elderly Duncan woman who disappeared more than five years ago. The Lawton Police Department dive team helped pull a car out of Duncan Lake on Sunday, andauthorities say there were human remains inside. Duncan police say the car checked back to 70-year-old Virginia Carter, who was last seen driving it in the area back in August of 2003.
