New Delhi: Kapil Dev, living legend of Indian Cricket, was decorated with the rank of honorary Lieutenant Colonel in the Territory Army at a colouful ceremony at Army headquarters here on Wednesday. The honour was conferred on him by the Army Chief, General Deepak Kapoor.
