Mellencamp Covers Dylan For Obama Undercover
John Mellencamp has posted his own version of 'The Times They Are A Changin'' at his website. Mellencamp is offering the 40-year old song to his fans because it reflects now what Dylan was singing about more than years ago when the song was first released in the time of JFK.
