Colorados Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra will make two rare upstate New York appearances on September 10 and 12. Rome Observer
On Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 7:30 p.m. the orchestra will be on hand to help celebrate the 80th anniversary of Utica's Stanley Center for the Arts, at 259 Genesee St., with a tribute to 1928-the year the theatre opened.
