California's governor, 61, cancels an appearance in Lake Tahoe so he can see a doctor about the nagging injury, sustained in a workout several weeks ago. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger canceled an appearance in Lake Tahoe today to visit a doctor about a nagging knee injury that has been bothering him for weeks, a spokesman said.
