Business Development Asia LLC BDA Advises Molex Inc on Acquiring AFlextech Inc Taiwan PRWeb via Yahoo News
Business Development Asia LLC ('BDA') is pleased to announce that Molex Inc (NASDAQ: MOLX and MOLXA), a global electronic components company, has acquired Taiwan-based AFlextech Inc ('AFlextech'). BDA acted as exclusive financial advisor to Molex on the transaction. Euan Rellie and Paul DiGiacomo led the BDA transaction team.
