Noel Gallagher has launched an extraordinary attack on youths who commit knife crime, claiming that 'The scumbags are taking over the streets'. Speaking at the Silver Clef Awards in London today - where Oasis picked up a lifetime achievement gong, incidentally - Gallagher put the blame squarely on previous governments, claiming that the current leaders didn't know what to do.
