Mayor Hires New Press Secretary San Diego Business Journal
Fred Sainz, who has served as Mayor Jerry Sanders' press secretary since the mayor took office in December 2005, has resigned his position and is being replaced by longtime political operative and San Diego County native Darren Pudgil.
