STERLING — Local business and world literacy were the main topics of discussion Wednesday at the Sterling Rotary Club's weekly meeting, as Logan County Planner Jim Neblett spoke about Foster Farms' announcement that the company would not expand in northeast Colorado and Sheila Worley gave a presentation about the Guatemala Literacy Project (GLP).
