Should baseball abolish the 40 man September roster rule where
Allowing major league teams to expand rosters to 40 on Sept. 1 is a rule that has been debated in baseball. Some say that with more teams than ever involved in pennant races, the time has come for everybody to compete with 25 players down the stretch. Others say it just doesn't make a difference.
